Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. We inspect all returned items. The product must be returned in it's original packaging and in a new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
Returning the order and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the colour/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
Refund Policy
Your refund will depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get the items back to us before being processed for a return at our warehouse. We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order. For purchases made by part-card, part-discount code, the refund will be applied to the discount code first.
Refunds will be actioned as soon as possible from the date we receive your order back to our fulfilment centre. Please note it can take up to an additional 3-5 days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.
Cancellation Policy
For all cancellations you must contact us directly on hi@mykahove.com, with your order number and full shipping address. Refunds on cancellation requests are processed within 3-5 working days to the original payment method used to make the order.
Please note Team Kahove are only able to issue refunds if you have emailed us directly on hi@mykahove.com. We are unable to process refunds via our Instagram, Facebook or Phoneline.
