How sustainable?

We go the extra yard in ensuring that all orders have a minimum to non-existent carbon footprint. This means you can comfortably purchase without having a negative impact on the environment.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Production and delivery time varies depending on the item(s) ordered, your customisation options and your location. We always aim to deliver within 7 days from the date of your order.

How can I track my order?

In order track your order, you will simply need to view the tracking link provided via email. The email will contain your tracking number & tracking link so you can locate the exact whereabouts of your order.

My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

Please allow up to 10 days from the day you received the order confirmation. For any additional concern, please do not hesitate to email us at hi@mykahove.com

How long do I have to return my order?

You are able to return your product within 14 days of receiving your item. We ask that the order is returned in the same condition that you received it, inside the packaging you received. Once we have received your order back at our fulfilment centre your order will be refunded.

How do I cancel my order?

In order to cancel your order, you must email us on hi@mykahove.com with your order number, and Kahove's finance team will talk you through the necessary steps.
